We seek an experienced full-time Post Closing Specialist to join our team in Pasadena MD. This onsite role requires reliable daily commuting between 9:30 and 5:30 PM. Candidates must pass a background check. You will own post-closing tasks at scale while driving results.

- 4Streamline document scanning and lender communication via React and Kubernetes
- 5Optimize title insurance policy preparation using Simplifile and document management tools
- 6Drive escrow fund balancing by comparing settlement statements accurately
- 7Maintain cybersecurity compliance while managing sensitive client information
- 8Ship closing documents with precision ensuring correct formatting and labeling
- 9Support record preparation including state-specific intake sheets and water bill remittance
- 10Analyze refund distributions based on escrow account discrepancies
- 11Coordinate with external parties to ensure timely fund transfers and approvals
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading title closing operations
- 3Maryland Title Producer License obtained within 90 days of employment
- 4Maryland Notary commission preferred and obtainable within 90 days
- 56 months proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud collaboration tools
- 6Strong analytical mindset for problem solving in complex transaction environments
- 7Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced setting
- 8Experience with title insurance policy creation and e-remitting processes
- 9Knowledge of cyber security best practices for real estate transactions
- 10Ability to adapt quickly to new software platforms and portal systems
- 11Commitment to delivering accurate and timely closing documentation
