What You'll Do11
- 1Participate in weekly and daily rate reviews assisting with rate processing and engaging property management
- 2Distribute renewal offers to property teams
- 3Maximize cash flow by ensuring effective use of revenue management systems
- 4Manage administrative tasks related to revenue management
- 5Calculate Utility Allowances ensuring accuracy and compliance
- 6Enter energy consumption data into Energy Star Portfolio Manager
- 7Review submetering billing recovery data
- 8Upload Utility Allowance backup information to intranet site
- 9Collect PHA Utility Allowance schedules and Utility Company Estimates via email phone and fax
- 10Gather utility rate information using HUD Utility Schedule Model
- 11Compile and submit Utility Verification Addendums to utility companies for 12-month cost consumption data
Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent required some college coursework preferred
- 2Proficiency in Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint
- 3Strong Excel and Outlook skills valued
- 4Ability to multitask and manage multiple data requests effectively
- 5Comfortable communicating with utility companies and property managers
- 6Experience with Nuance Power PDF and MaxxVault advantageous
- 7Strong language math and reasoning skills
