Pool Construction Project Manager, Miami & Field Leadership
Overview
Own complex pool construction projects end-to-end in a fast-growing Miami firm. You will drive field execution, schedule adherence, and budget control across multiple sites, while serving as the primary client liaison. This hands-on role blends office coordination with real-site leadership to deliver Indigo standard pools at scale. You’ll join a collaborative, ownership-minded team that rewards initiative and results.
What You'll Do9
- 1Lead and manage multiple pool construction projects from ground breaking to final walkthrough
- 2Coordinate crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers to maintain schedules and budgets
- 3Perform on-site visits, quality checks, and real-time issue resolution
- 4Serve as main client point of contact, maintaining clear communication and confidence throughout builds
- 5Read and interpret construction plans, permits, and engineering specs
- 6Track costs, timelines, and deliverables, and report progress to leadership
- 7Identify process improvements to support rapid scaling
- 8Ensure compliance with Miami-Dade permitting and inspection requirements
- 9Maintain safety and quality standards on every site
Requirements8
- 1Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
- 2Direct pool construction experience with shell, plumbing, equipment, finishes, decking
- 3Based in Miami
- 4Strong organizational skills and ownership mindset
- 5Experience managing crews and ensuring accountability
- 6Solid understanding of Miami-Dade permitting and inspection processes
- 7Self-starter in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- 8Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
