This role owns field execution for a multi-building residential community in South Miami-Dade, covering several concurrent work fronts from mobilization to turnover. You will command site logistics, safety, and subcontractor coordination, with full accountability for schedule, quality, and inspection readiness. Coordinate with project management on cost-sensitive decisions, procurement timing, and staffing, while driving look-ahead planning and recovery actions. What You'll Do8

  • 1Own daily field execution across all phases, directing concrete, structure, enclosure, interiors, and turnover work fronts
  • 2Drive look-ahead planning and implement recovery actions to keep the phased community on schedule
  • 3Lead subcontractor coordination, resolving trade stacking and sequencing conflicts on site
  • 4Ensure first-work quality by enforcing standards and conducting inspections before AHJ reviews
  • 5Manage site logistics, including material staging, crane usage, and access for multiple buildings
  • 6Chair field meetings, documenting decisions and tracking action items to closure
  • 7Escalate risk to project management with cost-sensitive recommendations for procurement and staffing
  • 8Coordinate inspection readiness with authorities, achieving passing results and final turnover

Requirements7

  • 15+ years (or equivalent) leading field operations on vertical construction, ideally Florida residential
  • 2Direct ownership of schedule, trade stacking, inspections, and turnover on a ground-up multi-building project
  • 3Proven credibility with subcontractors, consultants, and inspectors, with a track record of resolving complex field issues
  • 4OSHA 30 certification required, or ability to obtain immediately
  • 5Bilingual English/Spanish capability preferred for leading diverse job sites
  • 6Experience managing multiple concurrent work fronts across more than one building or phase
  • 7Ability to implement recovery actions and maintain look-ahead planning under tight deadlines
