What You'll Do12

- 5Oversee safety compliance by enforcing OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations
- 6Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control safety practices and progress addressing issues promptly
- 7Review construction contracts change orders and manage contractual obligations with clients and subcontractors
- 8Utilize tools such as Procore Bluebeam and other software for documentation communication and project tracking
- 9Coordinate construction schedule updates with project managers and resolve scheduling conflicts
- 10Supervise review of construction drawings and technical documents interpreting specifications accurately

Requirements10
- 1Proven experience in heavy civil or commercial construction management with several years supervising teams in fast-paced environments
- 2Strong knowledge of scheduling tools like Procore with experience in construction scheduling
- 3Familiarity with OSHA regulations and experience managing safety programs preferred
- 4Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and technical drawings interpreting complex specifications confidently
- 5Excellent managerial communication skills managing teams while maintaining positive client stakeholder relationships
- 6Experience managing budgets contracts change orders and project documentation using ProCore or Bluebeam
- 7Ability to supervise site operations while ensuring quality control through regular inspections and specification adherence
- 8Knowledge of federal construction safety regulations along with OSHA standards for large-scale projects
- 9Manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments with attention to detail
- 10Certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour or 40-Hour training preferred additional Procore certifications advantageous
