Pool Construction Sales & Design Consultant
Overview
Full-time Field Based Consultant leading client consultations and driving 3D pool design projects for Blissful Waters Construction in Orlando Florida. Provide high earning potential through commission based compensation.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead Management: Promptly follow up with pre-screened inbound leads and execute pre-booked consultation calls
- 2In-Home Consultations: Travel to client sites to conduct initial site evaluations, take property measurements, and discuss project scope and design concepts
- 33D Pool Design: Utilize design software to construct precise visually compelling 3D rendering concepts based on client requirements
- 4Sales Presentations & Closing: Present finished designs and detailed estimates to clients address technical and financial questions navigate objections and secure signed agreements
- 5Pipeline Tracking: Maintain complete records of prospect interactions quotes and contract statuses within our sales CRM
- 6Software Proficiency: Direct proficiency in Pool Studio design software is mandatory
- 7Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience preferably within residential construction home remodeling or outdoor living
- 8CRM Familiarity: Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel GHL is strongly preferred
- 9Independence & Drive: Strong self-discipline time-management capabilities and ability to operate independently as a 1099 contractor
- 10Transportation: Must possess a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license for local travel to client properties
- 11Communication: Superior interpersonal negotiation and contract-closing skills

- 65+ years implementing BCBA behavioral analysis techniques
- 75+ years overseeing multi-season sales teams
- 85+ years maintaining GoHighLevel GHL administrative systems
- 95+ years coordinating field operations across multiple locations
- 105+ years executing complex client negotiations and contract management
