What You'll Do11
- 1Collaborate with team members to build custom inground pools and hardscapes
- 2Execute excavation and construction of swimming pools
- 3Form and pour concrete for pools and retaining walls
- 4Install waterfalls and other hardscape elements
- 5Perform concrete finishing and finishing skills
- 6Utilize skid loader equipment for site preparation
- 7Apply carpentry and masonry techniques
- 8Maintain organizational efficiency and quality standards
- 9Obtain necessary driver licenses for vehicle operation
- 10Adhere to drug testing and background check requirements
- 11Drive company vehicles for work-related tasks

- 3Physical ability to lift heavy materials
- 4Previous pool construction experience preferred
- 5Concrete finishing expertise beneficial
