PMO Analyst, BYTE Program & Retail Operations
Overview
Own program governance and reporting for a global BYTE program in the retail domain at scale. You will support requirements intake, tracking, and governance across multiple markets, coordinating with 34 Delivery Leads to ensure timely delivery and compliance. This role emphasizes structured oversight, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration to drive program outcomes. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain requirements intake processes and dashboards across markets to ensure traceability
- 2Design and generate program reports and governance artifacts for weekly and monthly reviews
- 3Lead tracking of milestones, risks, issues, and change requests to keep the BYTE program on schedule
- 4Ship standardized templates and playbooks for cross-market delivery and governance
- 5Own data quality and consistency across global markets to enable accurate decision making
Requirements5
- 1Experience in program coordination or PMO support in a retail or consumer goods environment
- 2Strong data and reporting skills with ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights
- 3Excellent collaboration across matrixed teams and communication with Delivery Leads
- 4Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones
- 5Retail domain experience is REQUIRED
