Overview
You will own the full lifecycle of complex retail software projects at Maven Companies, overseeing 10+ years of scope in a San Francisco onsite role. You will drive delivery across multiple tracks, partnering with engineering and business leaders to prioritize and execute. What You'll Do8

- 6Manage vendor and internal team dependencies to ensure seamless integration.
- 7Continuously refine processes to increase delivery efficiency.
- 8Champion retail-specific requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs.

- 110+ years of project management experience in software development.
- 2Proven track record managing large, visible programs in retail.
- 3Hands-on experience creating project plans and dividing programs into parallel tracks.
- 4Skill in managing workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- 5Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and financial tracking.
- 6Strong partnership skills with senior leaders on prioritization.
