Program Manager, Mortgage & Loan Origination
Overview
You will lead enterprise-level mortgage programs in Dallas, TX, driving transformation across origination and servicing. You'll own the full program lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders. What You'll Do8
- 1Drive end-to-end program delivery for mortgage origination and servicing projects, ensuring milestones and business outcomes.
- 2Lead enterprise initiatives spanning multiple business functions and stakeholders, from planning to execution.
- 3Coordinate with executive leadership to define program scope, objectives, and governance.
- 4Manage program risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across cross-functional teams.
- 5Track and report program progress to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and blockers.
- 6Collaborate with technology and operations teams to align system changes with mortgage business needs.
- 7Facilitate executive steering committees and stakeholder communication plans.
- 8Ensure compliance with mortgage industry regulations and internal policies throughout the program.
Requirements7
- 17+ years in program or transformation leadership, with a focus on large-scale projects.
- 2Mortgage origination and/or servicing experience strongly preferred.
- 3Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- 4Experience leading enterprise initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business functions.
- 5Experience supporting executive leadership teams and governing bodies.
- 6Strong understanding of mortgage banking processes and loan lifecycle.
- 7Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with cross-functional dependencies.
