What You'll Do8

  • 1Assist engineers in designing plumbing systems for complex projects using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • 2Prepare detailed project documents and drawings for construction, ensuring accuracy with Bluebeam.
  • 3Collaborate with project teams during design and construction phases, using Microsoft Teams and Co-Pilot for coordination.
  • 4Attend client, consultant, and design committee meetings to gather input and present design updates.
  • 5Contribute to project debriefs and lessons-learned sessions to improve future design processes.
  • 6Manage assigned tasks and hours to meet project deadlines and budgets, with guidance from senior engineers.
  • 7Create visual presentations and graphic materials using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • 8Support the integration of large language models and other transformative design tools into workflows.

Requirements8

  • 1Bachelor's or Professional degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering from an accredited program.
  • 20-3 years of applicable experience in building systems design, including internships or co-op.
  • 3Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for plumbing system design and documentation.
  • 4Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Microsoft Teams with Co-Pilot.
  • 5Familiarity with Deltek VantagePoint or similar project management software is a plus.
  • 6Experience with SketchUp and Bluebeam for modeling and document review.
  • 7Strong communication skills for team collaboration and client meetings.
  • 8Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
