Overview
Own the field leadership for plant health care services at Valley Tree Care in Phoenix, guiding a team to deliver high quality tree care at residential and commercial sites. You will manage morning prep, route scheduling, and field safety for a scoped service area. What You'll Do5
- 1Lead morning prep and ensure on time start at 7 AM
- 2Supervise and guide Plant Health Care technicians in the field
- 3Evaluate, treat, and monitor trees for pest disease fungal issues
- 4Maintain clean and organized trucks and backstock and complete logs in company software
- 5Communicate field updates to management and improve route efficiency
Requirements5
- 1Arizona driver`s license, clean driving record
- 2Commercial Applicator License required with 2 years of active use
- 3Experience controlling own day and completing stops on schedule
- 4Leadership skills to supervise team while completing own daily stops
- 5Self-motivated, detail oriented, able to perform multiple tasks efficiently
