What You'll Do9
- 1Diagnose and treat trees and shrubs for insects disease and other health issues
- 2Operate and maintain equipment used to apply Plant Health Care treatments
- 3Mix handle and store materials safely following proper protocols
- 4Maintain records according to MTS standards and state regulations
- 5Perform ground and utility functions within the tree crew
- 6Communicate effectively with customers and maintain positive relationships
- 7Inspect plant material and identify additional issues for upsell opportunities
- 8Collaborate with Manager and Sales Arborist for seamless operations
- 9Provide training and support to franchise employees
Requirements8
- 1Valid pesticide license preferred or ability to obtain one
- 2Clean valid driver's license required
- 3Ability to identify local trees and shrubs and diagnose common issues
- 4Strong communication and customer service skills
- 5Math proficiency for calculating mix ratios
- 6Experience with product labels and application directions
- 75+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 8ISA Arborist certification preferred or ability to obtain it
Salary Insight
$42 - $52k per year
