Overview
Own a senior field leadership role guiding Plant Health Care technicians on daily routes for residential and commercial clients. Lead morning prep, ensure safety and policy adherence, and drive route efficiency while maintaining high quality tree health services at scale. This role blends field supervision with hands-on treatment, documentation, and client communication to deliver dependable, safe results.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead morning prep and ensure policy, safety, and procedures are followed
- 2Stock truck with equipment, organize backstock, and maintain clean, organized gear
- 3Drive safely to residential and commercial stops and manage daily route schedule
- 4Evaluate, treat, and monitor trees for pest, disease, fungal, and cultural problems
- 5Supervise Plant Health Care technicians to ensure high quality work and route efficiency
- 6Fill out chemical logs and reports via company software
- 7Communicate with management about field progress and team needs
- 8Continue to learn and train others on plant health products and services
Requirements5
- 1Arizona Commercial Applicator License
- 22 years of work experience actively using your Commercial Applicator License
- 3Experience in route scheduling with responsibility for own day/time at each client
- 4Leadership skills to supervise team members while completing own stops
- 5Self-motivated, detail oriented, able to perform multiple tasks efficiently
