What You'll Do11
- 1Lead crew and motivate team members on residential maintenance routes
- 2Train new employees on proper techniques safety and company standards
- 3Verify daily time and production worksheets
- 4Follow supervisor directions to keep crew on schedule
- 5Perform work alongside team completing mowing trimming edging pruning planting and cleanup
- 6Apply fertilizer mulch and plant seasonal crops
- 7Operate power equipment including mowers weed eaters edgers and hand tools
- 8Handle irrigation systems check sprinklers and perform small repairs
- 9Maintain landscape lighting and timers
- 10Identify pests and diseases recognizing issues before client notification
- 11Represent company as primary contact on every jobsite
Requirements11
- 13+ years landscape maintenance experience including crew lead roles
- 2Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- 3Bilingual English Spanish preferred
- 4Knowledge of tools plant care irrigation and lighting
- 5Ability to manage train and lead crew of at least 3
- 6Excellent attendance reliability on time daily
- 7Team player performing duties to company standards
- 8Willingness to learn and master all landscape maintenance skills
- 9Physical ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather
- 10Proper care of company equipment vehicles and assets
- 11Clean uniform in good repair
