Landscape Supervisor, Outdoor Maintenance & Crew Leadership
Overview
Lead a small in-house landscape crew on a property portfolio in Phoenix. Own weekly scheduling, task completion, and crew hours while performing and supervising landscape duties outside. Collaborate cross-functionally to support improvement projects and property upkeep. This role blends hands-on outdoor work with computer-based task closure, contributing to efficient, quality property maintenance.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead and supervise a small crew to complete landscape tasks
- 2Provide weekly schedules and ensure completion of assignments
- 3Track crew hours and manage timesheets
- 4Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, fertilizing, and plant/tree care
- 5Assist with hard labor on property improvement projects and material procurement
- 6Check properties for maintenance needs and report findings
- 7Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- 8Train and give feedback to crew members
- 9Use Breezeway to close out finished tasks
- 10Take on additional duties to support properties and company needs
Requirements5
- 1Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 23–5 years of experience leading a small crew
- 3Experience in landscape or outdoor maintenance work
- 4Valid driver’s license
- 5Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks
Salary Insight
$50 - $56k per year
