What You'll Do8
- 1Lead group Pilates Reformer classes for up to 9 students, emphasizing proper form and safety.
- 2Conduct private sessions on the Reformer and Cadillac for clients with specific goals.
- 3Design class programs and personalized client plans based on fitness levels and objectives.
- 4Track client progress and adjust programs to ensure continuous improvement.
- 5Cue clients effectively to maximize engagement and results during sessions.
- 6Maintain a clean and organized studio, checking clients in and assisting with scheduling.
- 7Promote Pilates and Barre benefits, supporting clients' mind-body connection.
- 8Demonstrate exercises, using verbal and hands-on cues to ensure correct technique.
Requirements8
- 11+ years teaching Pilates Reformer and mat classes.
- 2Certified Pilates Instructor with Reformer certification required for group classes.
- 3Comprehensive certification (including Cadillac, Ladder Barrel) required for private room equipment.
- 4Ability to teach 3+ classes per week, with flexible scheduling.
- 5Current CPR and AED certification.
- 6Physical ability to demonstrate exercises and lift up to 50 pounds.
- 7Strong communication and motivational skills to inspire clients.
- 8Experience designing class programs and private client plans.
