Lead Pilates Instructor - MNTSTUDIO Burlingame
Overview
You will lead the instructor team and teach 15 Reformer classes weekly at MNTSTUDIO Burlingame. You'll mentor new instructors, run class audits, and step in as acting Studio Manager when needed. This role combines hands-on teaching with team leadership and program development. You'll also complete the MNTSTUDIO Reformer Certification and help train others in the Signature Method, directly shaping studio culture and education.
What You'll Do7
- 1Teach 15 Reformer classes and private sessions weekly, crafting safe, empowering experiences for all levels.
- 2Oversee instructor scheduling and day-to-day coordination across studios, ensuring smooth coverage and substitution.
- 3Conduct class audits and performance reviews to elevate teaching quality and support instructor growth.
- 4Mentor and coach instructors, building a collaborative studio culture and leading the Burlingame Instructor Mentorship Program.
- 5Step in as primary substitute instructor and acting Studio Manager when needed to keep operations seamless.
- 6Partner with VP of Training to onboard new instructors and support the Reformer Certification and Heated Mat Certification programs.
- 7Maintain Pilates equipment in excellent condition and support studio sales and marketing events.
Requirements6
- 1Certified Pilates Instructor with strong Reformer expertise.
- 23+ years of group teaching experience.
- 3Proven leadership ability and passion for mentorship.
- 4Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- 5Experience managing teams or teacher training programs is a plus.
- 6Growth mindset and commitment to education, wellness, and community.
Salary Insight
$80 - $90k per year
