What You'll Do11
- 1Design safe Pilates classes that promote client goal achievement and retention
- 2Instruct private and group Pilates sessions focusing on proper technique and equipment use
- 3Conduct fitness consultations with pre-participation screenings and goal setting
- 4Promote Pilates training programs and sell classes to members
- 5Maintain studio cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols
- 6Stay current with certifications and industry trends
- 7Educate members on health issues and fitness trends
- 8Provide complimentary and base services to enhance member experience
- 9Document client programming and track progress
- 10Ensure member confidence and connection through superior service
- 11Maintain credentials and pursue continuing education
Requirements9
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 21 year personal training experience
- 3Certified Pilates Trainer trained in Reformer Tower Chair and Barrels
- 4Ability to lift 50 pounds
- 5Valid CPR and AED certification
- 6Minimum 150-400 hours comprehensive Pilates certificate
- 7Passion for wellness and member empowerment
- 8Excellent communication skills
- 9Commitment to ongoing professional development
