What You'll Do6
- 1Be a true BODYBAR ambassador live the mission and bring that energy to every class you teach
- 2Lead form-focused Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method challenging and supporting all fitness levels
- 3Guide members with expert cues to keep them safe aligned and confident in every movement
- 4Provide clear upbeat support answering questions on modifications studio policies and promotions
- 5Own your class schedule secure subs promptly to ensure an excellent member experience
- 6Build community by connecting with members before during and after class to create a welcoming atmosphere
Requirements6
- 1Passion for health fitness and helping others feel strong
- 2Strong communication and people skills
- 3Basic knowledge of anatomy and body movement
- 4Pilates or group fitness experience preferred
- 5Complete and pass BODYBAR’s Instructor Training Program
- 6CPR and AED certification required
