- 6Conduct thorough ear evaluations to determine optimal placement and style recommendations
- 7Maintain a sterile environment at the nurse station and on procedure trays
- 8Apply expert knowledge of skin care and infection control to deliver personalized services
- 9Collaborate with the Studio Manager to sustain operations and foster positivity
- 10Fill shift requirements and mentor new nurses to uphold clinical standards
- 11Monitor customer experiences and promptly resolve any issues
- 12Stock and organize all piercing stations ensuring readiness for client needs
- 13Sterilize jewelry and instrumentation to guarantee safety
- 14Adhere strictly to state federal and CDC guidelines for sanitary practices
- 15Support studio metrics by driving revenue growth and improving service efficiency
- 16Promote Rowan After Care and encourage customers to select hypoallergenic jewelry options
- 17Address operational concerns swiftly and communicate effectively with management
- 18Assist with inventory management and supply organization
Requirements8
- 1Active RN or LPN/LVN license with current certification
- 2Professional customer care approach combined with warm interpersonal skills
