Clinical Studio Manager

Rowan seeks a passionate Clinical Studio Manager to lead our Tempe Marketplace studio. The ideal candidate combines nursing expertise with retail leadership to deliver exceptional ear piercing experiences.
What You'll Do25
- 1Create magical and memorable customer experiences by blending clinical care with a celebratory atmosphere during each piercing session
- 2Ensure customer safety and comfort while maintaining a smooth flow of care
- 3Educate customers on aftercare and promote Rowan's After Care services
- 4Conduct thorough ear evaluations and provide personalized styling advice
- 5Maintain sterile environments at nurse stations and procedure trays
- 6Use skin care and infection control knowledge to provide professional piercing services
- 7Create a warm welcoming atmosphere and engage customers on the selling floor
- 8Lead, coach, and develop a team of studio staff including nurse piercers and sales associates
- 9Schedule staff in partnership with District Manager to meet labor allocations and payroll plans
- 10Manage time-off requests and address staffing issues as they arise
- 11Recruit for open studio positions
- 12Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with studio policies
- 13Meet or exceed individual and studio sales targets through optimized appointments and inventory sell-through
- 14Drive sales and profitability by optimizing appointments and ensuring proper team coverage
- 15Maintain visual merchandising standards reflecting brand guidelines
- 16Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, especially regarding ear piercing procedures
- 17Stock all piercing stations with necessary supplies and keep them ready for customer needs
- 18Train and mentor new nurses to uphold Rowan's Clinical Piercing Standards
- 19Prepare and submit performance reports on sales customer feedback and operational opportunities
- 20Coordinate with corporate teams on marketing initiatives and product launches
- 21Thrive in a fast-paced environment adapting to multiple priorities while meeting financial goals
- 22Proficient with Google Suite and comfortable with retail technology systems
- 23Strong organizational skills with multitasking abilities and analytical retail math skills
- 24Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to piercing is a plus
- 25Ability to climb ladders bend lift and reach safely while standing for full 8-hour shifts
Requirements12
- 1Active RN or LPN/LVN License
- 2Proven experience in a retail management role for 3-5 years
- 3Jewelry experience is a plus
- 4Customer-obsessed personality with proven sales leadership skills
- 5Strong communication and organizational abilities
- 6Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- 7Physical stamina to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for full shifts
- 8Commitment to health and safety regulations in piercing procedures
- 9Basic proficiency in Google Suite applications
- 10Analytical skills for retail math and inventory tracking
- 11Experience with inventory management and loss prevention strategies
- 12Understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising principles
