Picker/Packer Night Shift, Warehouse Operations
Overview
Ongoing role owning order fulfillment at scale in a fast-paced warehouse with nightly hours maintaining accuracy and organization. You will work on the ERP system to generate pick lists, pick and pack orders, and keep inventory in check. This position emphasizes compliance, safety, and teamwork while meeting productivity targets. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and print pick lists from the Odoo ERP in line with SOPs
- 2Accurately pick products and stage for shipments to ensure correct orders
- 3Pack orders per company standards and carrier guidelines to meet quality targets
- 4Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies and damages
- 5Ensure compliance standards when handling regulated products
- 6Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized workspace
- 7Meet productivity and accuracy targets while working independently or with a team
- 8Assist with restocking, cycle counts, and housekeeping as needed
- 9Support overall warehouse operations to maintain smooth daily workflow
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Prior warehouse, picking, or packing experience is a plus but not required
- 3Basic computer and scanner proficiency
- 4Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- 5Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- 6Reliable attendance and punctuality
- 7Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- 8Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- 9Ability to remain on feet for the duration of the shift
- 10Onsite work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
