Overview
You will own patient care in a well-run family practice, working 9 to 4 with no weekends in a supportive, established office. You will work alongside a dedicated medical team to deliver consistent, high-quality medical care. What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver comprehensive family practice care to patients of all ages, including exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- 2Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed, coordinating with the care team for follow-up.
- 3Document patient encounters thoroughly using EHR systems, ensuring accurate records.
- 4Educate patients on preventive care and chronic condition management, empowering them to stay healthy.
- 5Collaborate with physicians and nurses to streamline daily clinic operations and maintain a smooth workflow.
- 6Triage urgent patient calls and same-day visits, prioritizing based on clinical need.
- 7Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure the best possible results.
- 8Support the practice's commitment to high-quality care by participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements7
- 1Current NP or PA license in California, with family practice certification preferred.
- 22+ years of clinical experience in a family practice or primary care setting.
- 3Strong clinical judgment and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- 4Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
- 5Proficiency with EHR systems and standard medical software.
- 6Ability to work part-time hours, 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
- 7Must be available for immediate hire.
