What You'll Do7
- 1Manage daily clinic operations, including patient flow and scheduling, to ensure efficient service delivery.

- 6Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies, maintaining high-quality care.
- 7Treat a caseload of orthopedic patients, applying evidence-based techniques and documenting progress.
Requirements7
- 15+ years as a licensed Physical Therapist, with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- 2Current PA Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
- 33+ years in outpatient orthopedics with experience in manual therapy and exercise prescription.
- 4Proven ability to manage clinical operations, including scheduling, billing, and compliance.
- 5Strong leadership skills with experience in staff development and performance management.
- 6Excellent communication skills for collaborating with physicians and patients.
- 7Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
