What You'll Do7

  • 5Handle staffing decisions, including hiring, training, and scheduling, to maintain optimal coverage.
  • 6Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies, maintaining high-quality care.
  • 7Treat a caseload of orthopedic patients, applying evidence-based techniques and documenting progress.

Requirements7

  • 15+ years as a licensed Physical Therapist, with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • 2Current PA Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
  • 33+ years in outpatient orthopedics with experience in manual therapy and exercise prescription.
  • 4Proven ability to manage clinical operations, including scheduling, billing, and compliance.
  • 5Strong leadership skills with experience in staff development and performance management.
  • 6Excellent communication skills for collaborating with physicians and patients.
  • 7Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
