Physical Therapist, Outpatient Ortho - Orlando Metro
Overview
You will own the full patient journey in an outpatient ortho setting, delivering evidence-based interventions that restore motion and function. You will work with a diverse caseload, collaborating with a team of PTs, PTAs, and physicians in a Clermont, FL clinic. This role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a direct path to clinical advancement.
What You'll Do8
- 1Design and implement personalized treatment plans using a variety of manual therapy and therapeutic exercise techniques.
- 2Conduct initial evaluations and progress assessments to identify patient goals and track recovery milestones.
- 3Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- 4Deliver cost-effective interventions that reduce the need for medications and surgery.
- 5Develop fitness and wellness programs that improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
- 6Motivate patients during treatment sessions to maximize their functional potential.
- 7Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
- 8Educate patients on injury prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
Requirements7
- 1Valid license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
- 2Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a BS, MS, MPT, or DPT degree.
- 3Current knowledge of outpatient ortho treatment practices and clinical expertise.
- 4Proven work experience as a physical therapist preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
- 5Excellent interpersonal communication skills to manage patients with diverse personalities.
- 6Professional behavior and a drive to continually learn and grow.
