What You'll Do8
- 1Build and support patient care through initial evaluations and ongoing treatments
- 2Assist with concurrent and individual therapy sessions under the Physical Therapist
- 3Engage in electronic charge reconciliation and communicate discrepancies to management
- 4Coordinate orientation and in-service training for new aides and volunteers
- 5Support implementation of multidisciplinary care plans and technology-enabled assistance
- 6Collaborate with the team to promote a positive customer service environment
- 7Manage time to maximize department efficiency
- 8Contribute to business development through clinical support and accurate documentation
Requirements5
- 1High School Graduate or High School GED
- 2American Heart Association Basic Life Support
- 3Six months patient care experience
- 4Must be able to work onsite in Chandler, AZ
- 5Ability to work under supervision of a Physical Therapist
