What You'll Do8
- 1Prepare patients for therapy by fitting supportive devices and assisting with warm-up exercises.
- 2Apply hot/cold packs, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation under clinician direction.
- 3Guide patients through exercise routines, ensuring safety and motivation.
- 4Clean and sanitize treatment areas and equipment after each session.
- 5Manage linen inventory, including washing, folding, and restocking cabinets.
- 6Restock supplies and maintain restroom and clinic cleanliness.
- 7Support the front desk with phone calls, scheduling, and filing patient charts.
- 8Track medical and non-medical inventory and assist with supply orders.
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 21+ years of prior clinical aide or rehab tech experience preferred.
- 3Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 4Proven attention to detail and time management.
- 5Ability to demonstrate compassion and maintain patient satisfaction.
- 6Basic proficiency with office equipment.
- 7Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
- 8English proficiency required.
