What You'll Do6
- 1Greet patients warmly by phone and in person during check-in and throughout their appointment, ensuring a positive experience.
- 2Manage patient intake and registration, verifying benefits and completing medical forms to streamline clinic flow.
- 3Assist clinicians with scheduling to maintain efficient appointment times and reduce wait.
- 4Prepare and clean treatment areas, and set up and adjust exercise equipment for therapy sessions.
- 5Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team to adjust care plans.
- 6Guide patients through prescribed exercises and support home exercise programs for continued recovery.
Requirements6
- 1High School diploma or equivalent.
- 218+ years of age.
- 31+ years healthcare or customer service experience.
- 4Preferred: healthcare experience as a Physical Therapist Aide, Medical Assistant, or in hospital, chiropractic, or fitness settings.
- 5Preferred: Certified Personal Trainer credential.
- 6Preferred: education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
