Physical Therapist PT - West Park Rehab
Overview
You will own the physical therapy program at West Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, delivering personalized care to residents and patients in a state-of-the-art facility. You'll join an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, occupational therapists, and physicians. Collaborate on comprehensive care plans, document progress, and contribute to program development. This role offers a competitive $50-$65 hourly rate and a supportive environment for professional growth.
What You'll Do6
- 1Assess patients' physical abilities and design individualized treatment plans to boost independence and well-being.
- 2Implement and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and evolving goals.
- 3Provide physical therapy interventions: exercise, manual therapy, and patient education.
- 4Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.
- 5Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- 6Participate in staff meetings and drive the development of new programs to enhance patient care.
Requirements7
- 1Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania.
- 2Graduate of an accredited DPT program.
- 31+ years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation or nursing home setting.
- 4Strong knowledge of manual therapy and therapeutic exercise techniques.
- 5Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family education.
- 6Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
- 7Current CPR certification.
Salary Insight
$104 - $135k per year
