What You'll Do7
- 1Perform thorough initial evaluations and create individualized plans for WC and PI patients
- 2Provide hands-on treatment using therapeutic exercise manual therapy and appropriate modalities
- 3Document evaluations progress and functional outcomes to meet objective standards
- 4Track functional progress supporting return-to-work and case objectives
- 5Collaborate with physicians PAs and case managers on shared patient care
- 6Educate patients on injuries home programs and recovery expectations
- 7Maintain compliance with PA regulations licensure and HIPAA requirements
Requirements5
- 1Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent from CAPTE accredited program
- 2Active Pennsylvania PT license or eligible pending NPTE status
- 3CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
- 4Strong documentation habits comfortable with EHR systems
- 5Patient centered collaborative team orientation
