Overview
Dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist seeking flexible PRN opportunity in Stoughton Massachusetts. Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to improve mobility strength balance function independence and quality of life.
What You'll Do12
- 1Evaluate patients’ physical abilities mobility strength balance coordination and functional limitations
- 2Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs clinical evaluations and established goals
- 3Provide physical therapy treatments and therapeutic interventions to improve strength mobility balance coordination and functional independence
- 4Perform therapeutic exercises gait training transfer training and other appropriate rehabilitation techniques
- 5Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- 6Educate patients families and caregivers on exercises mobility techniques safety precautions and strategies to promote independence
- 7Document evaluations treatment sessions progress and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
- 8Communicate changes in patient condition and progress with physicians nursing staff rehabilitation professionals and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- 9Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings as appropriate
- 10Promote patient safety dignity independence and quality of life
- 11Follow all applicable federal state and facility regulations policies and procedures
- 12Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
Requirements12
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- 3Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or required as applicable
- 4Previous experience in skilled nursing long-term care rehabilitation or a healthcare setting preferred
- 5Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles therapeutic exercises mobility training and rehabilitation practices
- 6Excellent clinical communication and interpersonal skills
- 7Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- 8Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- 9Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
- 10Strong clinical judgment critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- 11Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- 12Must be able to pass required background and employment checks
