Overview
We seek a skilled Physical Therapist and a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our busy rehab departments at two centers in Marlborough and Framingham. The role involves owning patient care in a high priority setting with rotating weekends. This position differs by offering a competitive salary range of $32.00 - $48.00 per hour and flexible scheduling.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build and lead rehabilitation programs using Spark and Airflow to improve patient outcomes
- 2Design scalable solutions for Kubernetes based infrastructure supporting healthcare analytics
- 3Ship and maintain high-quality therapy services across multiple locations
- 4Debug complex clinical workflows to ensure efficient patient throughput
- 5Drive adoption of best practices in Geriatrics specialized care
- 6Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
- 7Utilize React frameworks to develop internal training modules
Requirements6
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 21 year physical therapy experience preferred
- 31 year physical therapy assistant experience preferred
- 4Active MA PT license required
- 53-5 seasons of relevant professional experience
- 6Knowledge of CPC Card certification beneficial
