Overview
We seek a Physical Therapist to deliver care at Broad River Rehabilitation in Prescott WI. You will evaluate and treat residents using therapeutic procedures and assistive devices. What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement treatment plans to improve resident mobility and function
- 2Conduct assessments and develop rehabilitation strategies
- 3Utilize manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises
- 4Operate diagnostic equipment including gait analysis systems
- 5Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- 6Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- 7Train staff on therapeutic protocols and safety standards
- 8Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
- 9Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies
Requirements6
- 1Physical Therapy license in the state of employment
- 2Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- 3Minimum of 2 days per week ten hours per week availability
- 4Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred
- 5Certification such as CPCS or BCBS preferred
- 6Proven ability to adapt treatment plans based on patient needs
