You will own physical therapy delivery for short-term and long-term residents at Park Manor of Cyfair, a skilled nursing facility in Houston, TX. You will join an in-house rehab team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs under HealthMark Rehabilitation, treating patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and geriatric conditions. This PRN role offers weekday and weekend shifts in a facility with state-of-the-art equipment and a large interdisciplinary team.

You will own the full rehabilitation process for complex medical patients at Houston Medical Center – AMG Specialty Hospital, a Long-Term Acute Care facility.
