Physical Therapist, Home Health per diem in Las Vegas
Overview
Own flexible home health PT visits across Summerlin, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson with per diem / 1099 terms. You’ll select schedule, coverage area, and caseload while building ongoing referral opportunities through partner home health agencies. This role offers autonomy, direct patient impact, and steady patient referrals in a supportive staffing network.

- 1Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments in patients homes
- 2Develop and update plans of care and monitor patient progress
- 3Complete accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner
- 4Communicate patient progress and needs with home health care team
- 5Manage caseload within chosen coverage areas and availability
Requirements6
- 1Current Nevada Physical Therapist license
- 2Valid driver`s license and reliable transportation
- 3Ability to travel to patients homes within selected coverage area
- 4Effective written and verbal communication skills
- 5NV PT License (Required)
- 6Home health experience preferred but not required
