What You'll Do11
- 1Adhere to CMS guidelines by conducting initial and ongoing assessments using OASIS tools
- 2Gather background data review referrals select modify evaluation tools assess patient functioning
- 3Develop and revise care plans with physicians and care team members
- 4Plan evaluate and implement caseload treatments
- 5Prepare clinical progress notes evaluate outcomes
- 6Supervise therapy assistants and aides as needed
- 7Educate patients families on equipment safety and installation
- 8Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
- 9Solve problems independently using analytical and logical thinking
- 10Interpret reports business directives policy procedures regulations
- 11Write professional reports and correspondence
Requirements5
- 1Currently licensed by Massachusetts Board of Physical Therapy examiners
- 2Experience in acute care or home health preferred
- 3Ability to handle sensitive patient information securely
- 4Strong written communication skills
- 5Experience communicating with diverse populations
