What You'll Do9
- 1Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments to determine patient function levels
- 2Develop and revise care plans with physicians and care team members
- 3Evaluate outcomes using proper discharge planning techniques
- 4Supervise pta staff when necessary
- 5Maintain accurate documentation within required timelines
- 6Apply infection control protocols during patient care activities
- 7Review clinical assessments against educational and competence standards
- 8Train and mentor pta personnel
- 9Complete all necessary paperwork and regulatory compliance tasks
Requirements5
- 15+ years home health therapy experience
- 2Spark and Airflow proficiency
- 3CPC Card certification
- 4Texas State License as physical therapist
- 5Rehabilitation background preferred
