Join Alderwood Post Acute & Rehabilitation as a Physical Therapist Assistant and own the delivery of therapy care at our 113-bed skilled nursing facility in Lynnwood, WA. You will collaborate with an in-house therapy team and contribute to patient outcomes in a residential setting. This role offers 15-20 hours per week with flexible daily pay and a supportive, inclusive culture. What You'll Do8
- 1Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to improve patient mobility and function.
- 2Document patient progress in PCC (EMR) with accuracy and timeliness.
- 3Communicate effectively with therapy team, nurses, and physicians to coordinate care.
- 4Adapt exercises and modalities to meet individual patient needs in a skilled nursing setting.
- 5Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety strategies.
- 6Participate in care conferences and contribute to discharge planning.
- 7Maintain a clean and organized rehab gym, ensuring equipment is ready for use.
- 8Track patient attendance and therapy minutes for billing and compliance.
Requirements7
- 1Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Washington state.
- 2CPR Certification required.
- 3Proficiency in EMR documentation (experience with PCC preferred but not required).
- 4Ability to work 15-20 hours per week consistently.
- 5Compassionate and skilled in geriatric rehabilitation.
- 6Strong communication and teamwork skills.
