Physical Rehabilitation Network Physical Therapist Assistant
Overview
PRN seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality outpatient orthopedic care at our Beaverton location. You will implement therapeutic exercises assist with treatments and ensure patient compliance while supporting clinicians in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist
- 2Communicate regularly with Physical Therapists regarding patient progress
- 3Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
- 4Monitor and record patient progress and treatment responses
- 5Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- 6Set up and maintain therapeutic equipment for sessions
- 7Provide support during patient evaluations and assessments
- 8Educate patients and families about exercises and home care routines
- 9Collaborate with PTs and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- 10Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on patient outcomes
- 11Contribute to a positive clinic culture with a positive attitude
Requirements7
- 1Active unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant state license or verifiable eligibility
- 2Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- 3Strong interpersonal communication skills
- 4Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- 5Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting skills
- 6Prior experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a clinical setting
- 7Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
