What You'll Do6
- 1Design and execute treatment plans alongside licensed therapists to accelerate patient recovery
- 2Deliver hands-on therapies including exercises and modalities under direct supervision
- 3Track patient progress using EMRs and flag clinical changes for immediate action
- 4Educate patients on mobility restoration and home exercise adherence
- 5Partner with multidisciplinary staff to customize rehabilitation strategies
- 6Maintain precise documentation for regulatory compliance and continuity of care
Requirements9
- 15+ years in rehab settings with Spark and Airflow experience
- 2Current CPC Card certification from the American Physical Therapy Association
- 33-5 seasons of progressive clinical practice
- 4Associates degree in Physical Therapist Assistant studies or related discipline
- 5Minimum of [FILL] years licensure in Florida
- 6Strong verbal communication and empathy for diverse patient populations
- 7Ability to thrive in high-volume clinical environments
