What You'll Do7
- 1Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- 2Assist patients in improving mobility strength balance coordination and functional independence
- 3Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
- 4Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
- 5Educate patients and caregivers on exercises safety techniques and mobility strategies
- 6Collaborate with PTs nurses occupational therapists physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- 7Maintain accurate documentation according to facility state and regulatory standards
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- 3Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- 4Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Long-Term Care (LTC) Assisted Living or Post-Acute Rehabilitation preferred
- 5CPR/BLS certification preferred
