Requirements10
- 1Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- 2Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Texas
- 3Basic life support certification
- 4Strong understanding of human anatomy physiology and therapeutic exercise principles
- 5Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 6Experience working in outpatient inpatient or rehabilitation settings
- 7Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- 8Additional certifications such as CPR first aid or specialty therapy techniques
