Requirements11
- 17 years phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric collections
- 2Proven leadership experience as Group Lead or equivalent
- 3Strong knowledge of specimen collection procedures
- 4Excellent communication and customer service skills
- 5Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 1-40 pounds
- 6High school diploma or equivalent
- 7Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 8Experience with laboratory technology systems
- 9Familiarity with patient service center operations
- 10Certification in phlebotomy in required states
- 11Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
