Overview
Accredo is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Lead Representative to manage pharmacy warehouse operations. This non-patient-facing role focuses on supporting prescription order fulfillment in a controlled environment. The ideal candidate will lead workflow adjustments and ensure compliance with pharmacy standards.
What You'll Do6
- 1Pick and pack prescription orders while ensuring accuracy and proper handling
- 2Provide error coaching and direction to pharmacy technicians
- 3Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives internally and externally
- 4Support staffing of pharmacy technician functions as outlined in the Pharmacy Technician/Sr – Fulfillment description
- 5Complete daily reporting and lead standard work processes
- 6Manage pharmacy workflow as a team by adjusting staffing assignments
Requirements11
- 1High School diploma or equivalent
- 2Secondary education preferred
- 3Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician or Trainee registration with 1-2 years relevant experience
- 4Experience in specialty pharmacy settings preferred
- 5Strong attendance record
- 6Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
- 7Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods
- 8Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently
- 9Adaptability in changing environments
- 10Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 11Multi-tasking capability
