Requirements9
- 1Minimum 10 years experience in commercial real estate lending
- 2Strong knowledge of transitional bridge lending and Northern California and Pacific Northwest markets
- 3Existing borrower and broker networks in targeted regions
- 4Proficiency with multifamily industrial retail office self storage property types
- 5Ability to structure and underwrite loans aligned with investor requirements
- 6Excellent organization attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- 7Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- 8MBA from top program preferred
- 9Proficiency in Excel Word PowerPoint and Argus software
