Overview
The PGIM Real Estate Investment Associate role leads loan origination for multifamily and commercial debt. This hybrid position in San Francisco supports $1B+ annual production. Candidates will develop relationships and manage transactions from screening to closing.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assist Loan Officers in underwriting and closing processes including analysis and documentation
- 2Develop market knowledge across assigned regions
- 3Manage analyst training and oversight
- 4Interact with borrowers and industry peers
- 5Maintain relationships with Credit and Portfolio Management teams
- 6Contribute to internal Credit and external borrower relationships
- 7Master PGIM systems for originations
- 8Analyze and structure loans to mitigate risk
- 9Create investment committee materials
- 10Handle legal aspects of loan origination
- 11Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years commercial real estate lending experience
- 2Strong quantitative skills and analytical abilities
- 3Proficiency in Excel Word and PowerPoint
- 4Experience with Argus Enterprise
- 5Self-motivated and proactive work style
- 6Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 7Ability to work independently and as team member
- 8Willingness to travel and attend industry events
Salary Insight
$130 - $145k per year
