What You'll Do10
- 1Build and manage case files from intake to resolution
- 2Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure timely execution
- 3Gather, organize, and maintain all relevant case documents and records
- 4Liaise with medical professionals, insurance companies, and third parties
- 5Assist clients in obtaining medical treatment and documentation
- 6Monitor case progress and keep clients informed of developments
- 7Provide empathetic client support and guidance throughout cases
- 8Maintain meticulous records and utilize case management software to track deadlines
- 9Coordinate scheduling and communication between clients, medical providers, and attorneys
- 10Ensure compliance with legal procedures and firm policies
Requirements7
- 1Proven experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or similar role within a law firm
- 2Strong knowledge of personal injury law and legal procedures
- 3Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- 4Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- 5Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- 6Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- 7Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to help clients during challenging times
