Overview
VitalCaring Group seeks reliable compassionate Caregivers/PCAs to support adult patients one-on-one in their homes. This PRN role offers $12–$15/hr pay on dayshift availability. Candidates will join a team that truly values them while providing meaningful work.
What You'll Do5
- 1Provide companionship safety and support
- 2Assist with Activities of Daily Living including bathing dressing meals light housekeeping toileting transfers
- 3Support errands and appointments as needed
- 4Observe and report changes in patient condition
- 5Help patients remain safe and independent at home
Requirements6
- 1Compassionate dependent and patient-focused
- 2Able to work independently and communicate clearly
- 3Comfortable with basic technology
- 4Motivated by helping others
- 51+ year caregiving experience in home health hospital assisted living or similar settings
- 6Preferred experience with Hoyer lift or sliding board
