We seek a skilled specialist to independently manage permitting and compliance projects from initiation through approval. What You'll Do11

  • 1Own and manage a defined caseload portfolio of permitting and compliance projects from initiation through approval
  • 2Serve as primary liaison between clients agencies and internal teams

  • 4Analyze respond to agency comments with clear technically sound responses monitor timelines
  • 5Identify risks early implement solutions keep projects on track
  • 6Conduct regulatory analysis interpret requirements coordinate across disciplines
  • 7Maintain proactive client communication regarding status risks outcomes
  • 8Achieve strong client satisfaction minimal escalations positive feedback build relationships
  • 9Delegate defined tasks to level i staff provide direction review junior work
  • 10Contribute to process improvements document best practices

Requirements8

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 24–6+ years relevant experience in permitting compliance or related fields
  • 3Retail petroleum UST air quality permitting experience strong plus
  • 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office excel word outlook
  • 5Strong project time management skills client facing
  • 6Work location hybrid or remote
  • 7Demonstrates effective utilization billable performance
  • 8Qualified candidate need not meet every requirement
